Aeroisk only charges a fee once the airline has paid the compensation and/or any other sums claimed in the claim.
In the event of a successful claim, our fee is 30 per cent of the amount paid by the airline.
Under European legislation, the amount of compensation is fixed according to the length of the route - €250, €400 and €600.
What you do not pay:
- Nothing, if we do not win. And no registration or processing fees.
- No further costs for negotiations, administrative or arbitration proceedings. Our fee remains at 30 per cent.
- No further costs in the event of legal proceedings. Our fee remains at 30 per cent.
- Legal costs are at our expense. We bear the risk and costs of the case.

Does the price change if the case goes to court?
No. Aeroisk’s commission is 30 per cent of the amount paid out and remains the same, regardless of whether the claim is settled out of court, through administrative or arbitration proceedings, or through court proceedings. Legal costs are borne by Aeroisk. When choosing an agency, check whether the commission increases in the event of legal proceedings - this is common practice in the industry and the increase can be significant.
Can I withdraw once I have filed a claim?
You may withdraw your claim without any consequences up until the point at which we send the claim to the airline. After that, the case is pursued to its conclusion. The reason for this is that airlines only consider one claim per passenger and flight - claims submitted by multiple agencies do not speed up payment but usually hold it up.
